I'd like to introduce you to Jessica Croft, the mastermind and crafty extraordinaire at The Prismatic Peacock. She is a member of the Linky Love Community and took some time to talk with me about her business, her love of color, fragrance and a little bit about what makes her unique.
Martiel: Tell us about you, your business?
Jessica: The Prismatic Peacock offers hand crafted soy candles and melting tarts, natural soaps, aroma bead sachets, air fresheners, and more! Custom orders are always welcome. All of our products are made by the Owner/Artisan, Jessica Croft. She works in small batches with quality materials in her kitchen in Cocoa, Florida. Jessica is a proud member of The Artisan Group and recently gifted her products to key industry representatives at GBK's 2013 Golden Globes Industry Mixer. The Prismatic Peacock's products will also be included in the celebrity swag bags for GBK's 2013 Oscars Celebrity Gift Lounge!
Martiel: What keeps you interested in what you do?
Jessica: I love all things color and fragrance! I have fun experimenting with creating new products and trying out new fragrances. There are also some great perks involved like always having a wonderfully fragrant home and getting to use all of my products myself.
Martiel: What 5 words best describe what you do? Why?
Jessica: Color, fragrance, handmade, customizable, and eco-friendly.
All of my colorful and fragrant products are made with high quality, eco-friendly materials by hand in small batches in my kitchen. This allows me to create custom products to match my customer's preferences and home decor.
Martiel: If you could be any kind of animal, what would you be and why?
Jessica: I would have to be a peacock, of course! I chose a peacock to represent my business for several reasons. They are beautiful, colorful, iridescent, and regal. They walk with a proud strut and take flight with grace. I try to model myself and my business after these traits.
